The Logan Quintet is a group that I formed with friends of mine from my undergraduate years studying cello performance at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. After graduating from Utah State, several of us independently moved to Phoenix, Arizona where we reconnected over our love of sacred music. Over the next couple of years, I began writing a series of arrangements to play with my wife in church and in our home on Sunday evenings. It wasn't long before we began including our old friends in that tradition, and the Logan Quintet was born.

After a successful crowdfunding campaign, the Quintet recorded our first album titled Simple Gifts ​in March 2018, following it up with Glad Tidings in 2020 and Be Still in 2026.  The complete albums can be purchased on iTunes, CD Baby, and BandCamp.
